The firm has an active department, dealing with real estate transactions and land use matters in Central Florida.  In addition to representing a number of major landowners, we have represented several banks over the years, handling real estate and loan closings for these clients, as well as litigation matters.   The firm has litigated many significant land use cases.  Our diverse practice ranges from complex transactions involving commercial properties to relatively simple matters, such as conveyances and mortgages relating to single parcels.
