Discrimination based upon race, sex, religion, and national origin are all violations of both state and federal Civil Rights laws. Unfortunately, discrimination can happen to any person at any time. Discrimination can occur at the workplace, or while shopping, eating, or during just about any other normal everyday activity. Racial discrimination and sexual harassment are two forms of civil rights violations that are very common. Our firm includes a former chief of the ‘sexual crimes’ division of the State Attorney’s Office who has considerable experience in the preparation and litigation of sexual harassment matters.
